주요 내용: Since the mid 90s, an increasing number of Korean adoptees worldwide have made themselves known as writers and artists in their respective adoptee countries and beyond. From a present standpoint, looking back and forward, this introductory talk will examine some of the ways in which these cultural practitioners focus artistically on their unique experiences as Korean adoptees. By way of literature, film, music, and painting, adoptee artists shed light on the complexity of living adoptee identity and belonging.
